Recently the Big Brand Ideas and Trunk teams got together to get Christmas well and truly started.

The big event of the day was our combined office party, but the appetiser was the annual ‘Oscars’ ceremony. That’s where MD Jon Butler celebrates our talented team by handing out the Employee of the Year gongs.

Here are the winners in each category.


Jodie’s passion is contagious. She gets her fellow team members and clients excited about the work and always goes the extra mile to make her campaigns fly.

Unflappable Ben is always striving for better. When we’re showing off our best work, he’s usually at the heart of it.


Tamsin is an ideas machine. Brainstorming new business campaigns, generating fresh ideas for social media... she always delivers. Examples include the Secret Santa campaign for Citation and our Halloween pub campaign for EI Group.


Hard work is Howard’s middle name. Time and time again he’s shown total commitment, often volunteering for extra work or a late shift - whatever it takes to get the job done.

When you think about teamwork, you think about Patrick. He works seamlessly with different teams across the business, cares deeply about the his work, his colleagues and the company - and keeps on delivering outstanding outcomes.


Definitely an unsung hero, Yasmin’s role demands absolute care and attention to detail. She never complains, even when the pressure’s on - and we’re not just saying that because she pays our wages and expenses!


Rich was nominated by numerous people across the business because of the way he’s taken on a new role and shown an amazing capacity to learn, sometimes taking on 10 projects at once and still delivering work of the highest quality.

Employee of the Year runners up

Dave looks like Zangief from Street Fighter but mainly grapples with web dev problems. He stays cool under pressure, constantly delivers high quality work and is always willing to help out his team mates.

Cara is a consummate professional and a shining example of all our values. She’s a brilliant team player, full of creative ideas and passionate about results, yet always maintains her down-to-earth style.

Employee of the year

Tom ticks every box. He has spent many evenings in the office learning new skills and squeezing the best out of every project and is always on hand to help a colleague.
